A listing of these eight installations, with their geographic coordinates, BE numbers, and category numbers, follows the text of this report. Siauliai ASM Support Facility Twenty-eight AS-4 (KITCHEN) shipping containers were observed at the Siauliai ASM Support Facility This was the first identification of 25X1 KITCHEN shipping containers at this facility. The KITCHEN missile is associated with both the BACKFIRE and BLINDER aircraft. Siauliai ASM Support Facility is 2.9 nautical miles (nm) east of Siauliai Airfield , which supports FLOGGER, MOSS, 25X1 and CUB aircraft. Priluki Airfield One BADGER G was observed at the Priluki Airfield with an AS-6 (KINGFISH) mis- sile mounted under each wing on photograph Also, one AS-5 (KELT) was 25X1 seen parked adjacent to another BADGER G, and 11 empty ASM handling dollies were between eight other BADGER G aircraft parked along the main parking apron. The number of KINGFISH shipping containers at this airfield has increased from 24 to 42 since February 1976. Thirty-seven KINGFISH shipping containers were also seen in the ASM Support Facility, and five more were in the rail transfer area. Priluki Airfield supports a BADGER G ASM regiment subordinate to LRA. Nezhin Airfield A mixed ordnance load of one KELT and one KINGFISH ASM were observed mounted on the same BADGER G aircraft at Nezhin Airfield on photography (Figure 3). This was the first confirmation of a BADGER G with a different ASM mounted under each wing. Five of the six BADGER G (two not shown on graphic) deployed to this airfield each had a KINGFISH mounted under the left wing and a KELT mounted under the right wing. No ASMs were seen under the wings of the sixth BADGER (not shown on graphic). These six BADGER G may correspond to the six BADGER G absent from Priluki Airfield= where ASM activity was also seen on the same date. Nezhin Airfield supports a BLINDER reconnaissance/bomber unit subordinate to LRA. 2.5X1 25X1 Baranovichi Airfield Eighteen KITCHEN missiles (one not shown on graphic) were observed in the ASM support facility at Baranovichi airfield on photography his 25X1 (Continued p. 6) - 1 - 25X1 Top Secret Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/08/18: CIA-RDP78T05698A000100010008-8 Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2011/08/18: CIA-RDP78TO5698A000100010008-8 Top Secret RUFF European USSR.
