Gentlemen:
The Government wishes to express its appreciation for the interest
displayed and the efforts expended by your company in response to
subject Request for Proposals.
It has been decided not to fund this program this fiscal year.
Accordingly, there are no plans to issue a contract based on any of
the proposals received in response to subject request for proposals.
The reason for this decision is that it is the consensus of the
several evaluators of the proposals that none of the proposals outlined
a program which appeared to satisfactorily overcome the limitations
imposed by the paucity of operational imagery.
Please be assured that your company's name will be retained on our
bidders list for this type of work.
