1. This memorandum is in response to the requirement dated 15 July 19611.
requesting a determination of ground distance from center of frame to center
of target on a number of CCMOR targets L0vered by KEYHOLE Mission 4006.
2. Attached is a tabulation covering sixteen CCMOR targets on which measure-
ments were made by TID/NPIC to determine how far and what direction from center
of film format that the approximate center of each target was located by ground
measurement. Also attached are sketches showing the direction in which the
camera was rolled and the angular position of the target.
3. The sketches are not to scale, but the relationship of the target from
center of format (directional) is correct. The line of flight is the same on
each sketch. The direction arrow labeled "direction of roll" points toward which
"wing" is up. The targets are shown in approximate position on film and in correct
quadrant of format. All angles computed are ground angles.
