We are pleased to submit our proposal on the Coherent
Light Enlarger and Spatial Filter. The proposal consists of
Engineering Report No. 7354, the attached Terms and Conditions
and a cost breakdown.
We believe our solution to the particular problem
involved here to be both unique and technically sound and
look forward to our discussion of this with you tomorrow.
We solicit your interest in having us perform this work and
are prepared to negotiate a contract for it at your contracting
group's earliest convenience.

the invar forgings. The Terms and Conditions furnished you with my
April 25 letter still apply.
