1. SIGNIFICANCE: MOBILE MISSILE SINGLE-BAY GARAGE (SBG)
COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO THIS MISSILE SUPPORT FEAR
DEPOT AND ARE BEING STOCKPILED IN THE
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE AREA. BERDICHEV IS THE FOURTH MISSILE
SUPPORT DEPOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE STOCKPILING OF MOBILE MISSILE
SBG COMPONENTS. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: COMPONENTS FOR SIX SBG ARE STACKED BENEATH PARTIALLY
ASSEMBLED ROOF' SECTIONS IN THE STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE AREA
(GRAPHIC 1) AND ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS ARE BESIDE A RAIL SPUR IN
THE TRANSSHIPMENT AREA (GRAPHIC 2). SEVERAL COMPONENTS IN THE
TRANSHIPMENT AREA ARE LOADED ON FLATEED TRUCKS AND TRAILERS,
WHICH SUGGESTS THAT THEY HAVE RECENTLY ARRIVED AT THE
FACILITY. THE STORAGE METHOD FOR THE COMPONENTS AT BERDICHEV
IS SIMILAR TO THAT PREVIOUSLY SEEN AT BALTA MISSILE SUPPORT
REAR DEPOT AND GLA2OV MISSILE SUPPORT REAR
DEPOT WHERE STACKS OF COMPONENTS ARE ALSO
STORED BENEATH PARTIALLY ASSEMBLED SLIDING-ROOF SECTIONS.
BERDICHEV IS THE FOURTH MISSILE SUPPORT REAR DEPOT ASSOCIATED
WITH THE STOCKPILING OF MOBILE MISSILE SBG COMPONENTS.
COMPONENTS FOR AT LEAST 60 SBG ARE CURRENTLY IN STORAGE AT THE
FOUR FACILITIES. (EWN)
