1. SIGNIFICANCE: THE POLISARIO HAVE VACATED AT LEAST NINE CAMPS
WESTERN SAHARA AND ALGERIA AND DEPLOYED TO AN AREA SOUTH OF
SEMARA. (SWN)
2.. REMARKS: THE EQUIPMENT FROM THESE CAMPS HAS..BEEN MOVED TO AN
AREA BETWEEN 16 AND 24 NM.SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST OF SEMARA WHERE
VEHICLE CONCENTRATIONS WERE SEEN ON IMAGERY OF
THESE CONCENTRATIONS WERE NEAR 26-27-OON
., 26-24-OON 011-39-OOW, 26-22-OON 011-40-OOW,
26-24-30N 011-44-15W, 26-18-45N 011-40-15W, AND 26-23-20N
011-27-40W. AT LEAST 100-VEHICLES-WERE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT
THE WADIS IN THE AREA, SOME PARTIALLY CONCEALED AND SOME IN
THE OPEN. THE ACTIVITY SEEN AT THE CAMPS AND.IN.THE AREA NEAR.
SEMARA IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE ACTIVITY WHICH PRECEDED THE
ATTACKS BY THE POLISARIO ON MOROCCAN FORCES IN, THE MESSF.TF.T)
