In my letter of February 29, 1988, I offered to acquaint you '
and your staff with the concepts leading to the National Operations
Security Program mandated by President Reagan in a recent National
Security Decision Directive. Enclosed is a White House Fact Sheet
which outlines the objectives and policy concerning this program.
We have not yet received a response to our office to provide
an Operations Security (OPSEC) presentation for you and your staff.
If you are interested in obtaining more information on the Brogan
Associates Inc. (BAI) capability to support you in fulfilling your
