Harvey Feldman - Ms. Teresa Collins Executivo Subject: NSSD 11-82: Draft IG Study and Presidential Decision Memorandum Attached are a revised draft of the NSSD 11-82 study and a draft Presidential decision memorandum which will be considered at a meeting of the IG chaired by Assistant Secretary-Designate Burt scheduled for 4:00 pm, Tuesday, November 23 in room 6226, Department of State. The purpose of this meeting will be to approve these papers for submission to the SIG level. Agencies are requested to provide at the November 23 meeting any proposed changes which they wish to see reflected in the final SIG paper. These suggestions should be specific and provide language which can be inserted in the draft. It is hoped that a SIG meeting, if needed, can be held November 30 so that the package can be submitted to the NSC approximately December 1. Iql\j" .
