He noted that the Sitsum on 3084 is completed, and that it will be transmittec by cable this evening. Mr. Stolle noted that a new project has been added since distribution of the agenda: JR-168-62, Request from DIA for a briefing of GNAIC at 0930, Thursday,12 July. Col. Eckert asked about the MCIs on the training missions. explained that he had asked Cmdr Myles to attend this 50X1 50X1 meeting to discuss these Church Door missions. He has asked theprocessing site to get the duping requirements out on these missions first to the Chinese, themselves and then to send one dupe positive here. Upon receipt of these positives we will decide whether or not to do an MCI dia these missiohs. The missions are considerably repetitive, being over the same area. He then asked for views of the Board on preparing an MCI on these missions. it Cmdr Myles would like to see an MCI, regardless of whether or not/is of value, with the usual comments that accompany the MCI. He also would like to see the IP on ORC-119. explained that the hard copy of the IP is made from the 50X1 tapes received in our cable center and noted that most of the actual GEC material is at the processing site at this time. Lcdr Myles said that DIA would also like a couple of comparative studies made but will not submit these requests to NPIC. He asked about certain 1959 reports that were made on Air Force missions, and said that he 50X1 would like a complete run through on the material over this area. This may be done by comparing the MRs/ ern,f2nrr rurss Ruir. vi.InT E CHANNELS Declassified in Part - Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2013/08/14: CIA-RDir I7TgBil05E7077IAA00r20:10E001T1T0-030-8 -- Declassified in Part - Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2013/08/14: CIA-RDP78805707A000300010030-8 ??ci. missions. TCS-12802-62-KH asked what priority Myles prefered on the Church Door 50X1 Cdr. Myles said that they must first check the plots to decide the prioritys. Will give him a call on this tomorrow. said that CIA definitely wants an MCI on 119, and believes 50X1 we should do a review on the other GRC missions whether we do an MCI or not. Lcdr. Myles explained to 001. Saxon the discussion on MCIs. Col. Saxon explained the amount of work in the building at the present time in relation to preparing an MCI on these missions. Col. Eckett explained that we have not done an MCI on 6058, 9037 or 9038 yet, and may be able only to do priority passes on 38 and 37. Everything is a problem of priority. asked how the Church Door missions stack with 37 and 38. 50X1 Col. Saxon asked that we make a listing of those things we have inhouse now as well as those we expect in the future and make a decision on priorities 4Arm there. .said that he has a decision from Mr. Lundahl on the MCI 50X1 for 37 and 38, to work them on a priority pass basis. Lcdr Myles cannot give an answer at this time as to which should be the higher priorities as he cannot compare the value of the missions without ft er study. aid that if we work the missions in order of value we 50X1 might be able to feed the Church Door missions in between the KH missions alternating the work nn a priority pass basis. He believes with fewer people working on the priority passes for KH missions we can get the GRC material through fairly soon.
