SUBJECT Request for CHALICE Clearance
I. General Cab*II has requested a CHALICE clearance for
Lt. Gen, Earl W. Barnes and Howard Stoerts (ONE) in connection
with a special assignment to the DCI from the NSC.
will also be involved in this study, but I believe he 'already has a
CHALICE clearance.
. All three of the gentlemen are already cleared for TALENT.
3. In this instance, I am simply acting as a messenger to trans-
mit General CabetVi wishes since I know nothing about the project.
