Many thanks for talking to us
about the use of est ma es. s mentioned, it seems to me that
the remarks the three of you made deserve a wider audience than
dust the National Intelligence Officers. If you can do so
without a significant investment of time, I would be grateful if
you would send me a copy of your prepared remarks so that I might
insert them under your names as part of a single article in
Studies of Intelligence, perhaps for this coming winter. I would
write simply an introductory paragaph and then reprint the
remarks exactly as I was given them. Please give it some thought
and if it is convenient, send them over when you get a chance.
