Mr. Dulles:
In regard to the Secretaries Conference at Quantico, I talked to Eugene
Livesay in Mr. McElroy's office and he told me that you are scheduled to
talk on Friday, 26 June at 8:40 A.M. As you know, the Conference runs-from
25 to 28 June. Mr. Livesay pointed out that should you want to give your
talk on Saturday morning instead of Friday, he would be glad to make this
change for you. For your information, arrangements will be made to have one
of our security people remain on the base with you during this Conference.
