1. The various categories of intelligence data set forth
in tl~e General Guidance at the beginning of this volume
indicate the types of information sought for all studies
in this seri~~.
2. The following are some specific items of information
which are a priority requirement for the KHERSON
study.
a. Present Order of Battle holdings list no Soviet
Ground Force or MVD units as being garrisoned
in KHERSON. Military and MVD personnel have
been seen in the city, but information including
numerical designation, strength and subordination
of units is required.
