He may also support this proposal as contained in other legislation. 101/1 - 3: Relief From Section 3504 Motions. The Director of Central Intelligence may propose or support legislation seeking relief from frivolous or burdensome motions filed under the. provisions of 18 U.S.C. ?3504 (litigation concerning sources of evidence). At the request of the Department of Defense, the Director of Central intelligence may propose or support legislation to give, the Defense Intelligence College (DIC) the authority to accept gifts to be used by and for the DIC. 101/1 - 9: *Coast Guard Inclusion Within the GDIP At the request of the Department of Defense, the Director of Central STAT Intelligence may propose or support legislation as necessary to authorize funds and personnel to be appropriated within the General Defense Intelligence Program for use by the Coast Guard Intelligence.
