Road Connections: - About three years ago the existing road was asphalted and it was Indicated on the map in use as linking the plant to Travnik. The route of the road is as follows: Travnik - Dolac - Nevica Polje - Stojkovici - Rankovici and on to the plant. Fire Fighting Measures: Such measures are provided for by about 50 firemen equipped with one fire truck of German manufacture, hand-operated fire extinguishers, zdio and fire hydrants and various water outlets. The firemen have a with their equipment in Novi Travnik. 15. The Complexes Stock of Vehicles is as Follows: About 20 couriier vehicles, about 40 trucks of the Pap, Praga, and Om makes, and about 10 automobiles for the managers. Security Measures are as Follows: 50X1 -HUM The area of the complex is about 1,000 by 500 meters and is enclosed 1.1 (14 by a barbed wire fence about two meters spft which is supported by con- creteposts. There are concrete lamtposts along the entire fence at intervals of about 50 meters for night lighting. The area where the complex is located is irregular and the factory is squeezed between mountainous terrain. To camouflage this complex, poplars and chestnut trees were planted many years ago inside it. 18.
