1. I called Hal Ford this morning to confirm that Panel
Members were agreeable to participating in NIC's ad hoc panels
on interagency papers. I told him that we felt that no more
than one SRP member should serve on any given panel. The
specific suggestions he had made were entirely acceptable to
us with a few exceptions to which Ford readily acceded.
2. Accordingly, the following changes should be made in
the panels listed in Ford's 8 October memorandum:
