SUBJECT: Judge Webster's Confirmation Testimony
At my request,) has reviewed the public testimony
of Judge Webster during his confirmation hearings. During that
testimony, he was asked about a number of matters in which he
responded with commitments. In that those will be important to
future relevant legal questions, has organized them by
subject matter of which a listing is attached. The details of
those subjects will be kept on file in the OGC Library. We
hope to be able to make similar analysis of the closed hearings.
