STATEMENT RELATIVE TO RESEARCH ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
In connection with the Memorandum of Agreement under which I
have the status of a Research Associate, I have read and
understand the Department's policies concerning employee
responsibilities and conduct as set forth in Department
Administrative Order 202-735 (formerly Department Order 77).

I have no direct or indirect private activity or
interest as a Research Associate which I believe
could reasonably be considered to involve a question
of propriety under Department Administrative Order
202-735.
I have a private activity or interest as a Research
Associate which may involve a question of propriety.

memorandum to the Director, National Bureau of
Standards, and forward it to the Industrial Liaison
Officer within 10 days for the purpose of obtaining.
