STATEMENT RELATIVE TO RESEARCH ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT In connection with the Memorandum of Agreement under which I have the status of a Research Associate, I have read and understand the Department's policies concerning employee responsibilities and conduct as set forth in Department Administrative Order 202-735 (formerly Department Order 77). (Please check one of the following). I have no direct or indirect private activity or interest as a Research Associate which I believe could reasonably be considered to involve a question of propriety under Department Administrative Order 202-735. I have a private activity or interest as a Research Associate which may involve a question of propriety. under Department Administrative Order 202-735. I will describe each such-activity or interest in a memorandum to the Director, National Bureau of Standards, and forward it to the Industrial Liaison Officer within 10 days for the purpose of obtaining. a ruling. (Note: A prospective appointee may not enter on duty until all questions relating to possible violations of Department Administrative Order 202-735 which may be applicable upon his entry on duty have been satisfactorily resolved.) I fully understand that it is my continuing responsibility to keep informed of, and to comply with, the policies of the Department of Commerce pertaining to employee responsi- bilities and conduct to the extent that such responsibilities and conduct are applicable to my activities as a Research Associate.
