SUBJECT: Implementation Plan for Technology Sharing (Reference
DCI Memorandum, 1 November 1979)
I appreciate your forwarding the Frank Press memorandum on
Technology Sharing. Obviously there are several aspects of the
Implementation Plan for Technology Sharing which could potentially
impact our programs. In that regard, we intend to work in close
coordination with the DOD office that has primary responsibility
for responding to the task outlined in the 30 October 1979
memorandum.
We will keep you informed of any significant actions that
evolve as the 15 December 1979 response is developed.
