REFERENCE: Memo from Executive Secretary/NFIB to Committee Chairmen
(IC-82-3333), dtd 4 Feb 82, same subject
I concur in your proposal to rescind DCID 1/3 at an appropriate time.
The revised format for DCIDs takes into consideration the fact that not all
DCI Committees function alike. With individual modes of operation identified
in the DCID for each Committee, DCID 1/3 will have been overtaken by events.
