Truman Library, As you know, Bill is the Director of the Posr-World War II portion of our program and we are anxious to begin research- ing that period. We are particularly concerned with documenting the evolution of the business organizationally, as well as with the influence which cryptology, and the intelligence derived from cryptology, has had on the nation's histo-y. We would like to request that Bill and I he allowed to review those records which CIA controls at the Truman Library which relate to the following subjects 1.
