1. Mr. Parangosky indicated that OSA was not actively involved
in Project NICE GIRL, that OSA was taking direction from DDSU on
the degree of participation, and that this direction was currently
to stay out of the exercise as much as possible in the interest of
not prejudicing the conclusions but at the same time to be nice to
people involved in the project who requested help. Within these
guidelines, Mr. Parangosky indicated his willingness to provide
assistance to NPIC.
2. He also noted that OSA has no record of Mr. Duckett responding
to the Hornig letter for Mr. Helms.
