SUBJECT: BRASS KNOB Coverage of Cuba
1. Attached are the following:
a. a table showing BRASS KNOB coverage of the COMOR Highest
Priority Targets for Cuba during 1 - 24 July.
b. a table showing BRASS KNOB coverage of all COMOR targets
during the same period.
c. a map showing the locations of the COMOR targets with arrows
indicating those not covered during 18-24 July.
2. Improved weather conditions after 20 July permitted a substantial
increase in coverage. During 18-24 July, 8 BRASS KNOB missions were
flown, and 73 percent of the total land area of Cuba was covered by photo-
graphy with 25 percent or less cloud cover. Only 7 of the COMOR targets
were not covered, and of these only 2 were in the Highest Priority
category.
