During the discussions of the Purcell Panel on 4 June, D. Fubini several times expressed the subject request. 2. The processing load has been considered in two - Wet Chemical Processing and First _phase Photo Intelli- ene Processing. The general estimate summarizes permission az :ollowst a. Chemical Processing - 1500 man days b. First Phase P.I. - 1300 zan days ? (Includes OAK, MCI, Plctting, Intell, Processing, Tech. Pro- cessing, Editorial, Graphics, Laboratory, AD?, Collateral and Miscellaneous) 2b00 total man days It must ba noted that chemical processing is accomplished at I17.atran, with three shifts or 50 men each working ten days to omplish the processing of the original negative and some t-..ther duplicate positives and duplicate negatives for the US- VIE Community. Second, no estimate is made of the number o2 detailed P:I. reports or comprehmsive studies which may be w:lolly or partially genoratcd from the L-Type TAili photography.
