SUBJECT: DCI's Annual Report to Congress
In accordance with your guidance and the ExDir memo of 23 Dec,
the following are FMD 1986 activities that we consider suitable for
inclusion in subject report:
? Field Construction Support: The Office of Logistics provided
cleared contractor, skilled craftsmen to supplement the Agency's own
field-engineering personnel in performing sensitive, time-critical
renovation projects overseas. The support provided by selected
members of this cadre enabled OL to provide a timely response to
renovation needs at several overseas areas during 1986.
