B. RAMIS Software Conversion:

phasing out of RAMIS software. ICS has approximately 150
RAMIS reports and Conif has six complex RAMIS reports which
will have to be converted by October 1, 1989. It was decided
during the meeting that the RAMIS reports would be rewritten
in NOMAD. The OIT RAMIS Task Foce will help convert the
reports to NOMAD. CONIF/OL DBM, expressed
her desire to have the CONIF/OL personnel learn how to create
the NOMAD reports. has discussed the possibility of
teaching the CONIF/Ub personnel how to write the NOMAD reports
with DC/ADP STAFF/OL.

D. CLAS:
1. Meeting with Cullinet: Bob Weiler, Executive Vice
President, and Stan Paul, Vice President, Government Systems
Division of Cullinet visited Agency Program Managers along
with the D/OIT in what could best be described as a "press the
flesh" meeting. Two substantive items did result, however;
1) the "Contracts" portion of Funds Control will not be
delivered until April 89; 2) the contention between GSD and
the Agency has eased.
2. Meeting with Office of Finance: and
briefed senior OF Managers on a list of ten
"issues" or "procedures" that may require senior policy
decisions before proceeding with the Funds Control
implementation. The support from OF was outstanding, in that,
they have taken a very flexible approach to procedural changes
and support our recommendations.
