Mr. Bannerman has obtained from Graphics
Register, OCR, a copy of the film of Mr. Helms' swearing-in ceremony.
The copy has been recorded on the books of the
Graphics Register as Agency property, but can be held by Mr. Helms
indefinitely. As with all films from the major networks, this film is
copyrighted and was obtained with the understanding of the National
Broadcasting Company that it is to be used only for furthering the
interests of the Agency. For this reason, although parts of the film
have been shown publicly, the film is classified "Official Use Only".
This film requires a 16 mm. projector. If it is
desired to show the film in Agency buildings, we can, of course, arrange
for this at any time in our projection facilities. If Mr. Helms wishes to
show the film elsewhere, he may need a screen and projector which can
be loaned from our stock.
I will appreciate your advice as to what equipment
may be needed along with the film.
