THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. Leaders of the Partido Socialista Popular (PSP, Cuban Communist Party),
believe that, as a result of policies laid down at the Communist Party
Congress in Moscow, the Communist Parties of Latin America will henceforth
enter into a period of increased aggressive action. PSP leaders also believe
that these parties will now be expected to work hard to obtain strong political
power as soon as possible, with substantial financial aid from the USSR.
