prior to the briefing. Two of them explain the "intelligence
cycle" and define the Intelligence Community, of which CIA is
only one part. The third is an example of the type of
unclassified documents produced by the Agency to provide
accurate background information for those involved with
foreign affairs. It is updated annually.
