Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments, and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building (NHB) Construction for August 1988 (Attachment A). Activity for FY 84 consisted of deobligations totaling $1,093.53 25X1 representing closed contracts. 25X1 2. For FY 85, we recorded the following expenditures: $3,880,729 to GSA for Bid Package #2; $260.99 for blueprints; $144,400.25 for Route 123 improvements; $943.19 for miscellaneous supplies; $65,123.98 for the cafeteria expansion; $30,299.61 for renovations to the OTS labs; $17,175.82 for roof drains and water softeners; $8,194 for modifications to the South Filter (B/B) rooms; $31,940.62 for the RF Shield; $6,000 for general renovations; $5,931.01 for repair of water damage to OTS area; $11,982.40 for water line testing; $14,931.45 for installation of the partial-height partitions; $6,020.53 for modifications to outlet holes; $13,029.61 for installation of tamper proof screws and power for alarm systems; $16,520 for installation of carpeting; $41,444.72 for the installation of 50HZ motor generator; $30,873 for A&E services; $1,253.78 for vault construction; $2,079.79 for the installation of floor grates in the Powerhouse; and $68,019.78 for the 2nd quarter, Bid Package #4. The following commitments were recorded in August: an increase of $124,779 and a decrease of $348,317 to the Allied Work Authorization accounts; $400,000 for provision and installation of electric switch gear in the K-Vault; $1.2 million for West Parking Lot construction; $643,563 for construction in the South Tower in support of the Soviet East European Division; $38,000, $13,000 , and $15,000 for room renovations; $62,000 for construction in the South Tower in support of the Office of Information Technology; and 25X1 $29,000 for ruction in the Center Core for the Office of Personnel. 3. The monthly Open Obligation Activity Report (00AR) and the Open Commitment Activity Report (OCAR) for this FAN as of 31 August 1988 are provided as Attachment B.
