1. Attached are summaries of the obligations, commitments,
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Buildin

2. For FY 85, we recorded the following expenditures:
$1,891.45 for supplies; $46,749.15 for the cafeteria expansion;
$9,776.83 to re-pipe the main condensate lines; $2,000 for the
General Donovan statue; $3,000 to install fiber optic cables
for the fire alarms; $34,177.83 for modifications to outlet
holes; $5,497.63 for installation of tamper proof screws;
$6,936 for installation of carpeting; $78,309.35 for
construction of equipment rooms; $5,132.99 for the installation
of a SOHZ motor generator; $91,436 for raised flooring;
$113,621 for renovation of the space occupied by the Office of
General Counsel; $3,875.55 for minor renovations on the second
floor; $3,382.67 for renovations to the space occupied by the
Office of Technical Services (OTS); $3,692.05 for the
installation of elevator padding; $10,882.74 for punchlist
items; $77,114.14 for the Allied work authorization account;
$2,200 for the Donovan statue; $3,584.96, $902.28 and $5,088.66
for punchlist items; $8,028 for room renovations; $81,294 for
the PASS project; $43,139.29 for the installation of floor
grates; $27,776 for renovations to the space occupied by the

Report of Obli ations and Expenditures -

Office of Information Technology (OIT); and a credit expense of
$1.5 million representing a correction of an error processed in
October. For FY 85 we recorded the following obligations: $450
and $1,210.05 for general supplies; $25,631 for renovations of
the OTS labs; $10,308 for construction in the South Tower;
$38,357 for plants for the Atrium area; $61,513 to balance
existing VAX boxes; $29,218 for the installation of 21 motion
detectors; $19,870 to clear blocked electrical conduits;
$25,000 for the performance of punchlist items; $12,299 for the
installation of light poles; and $42,791 for renovations to
janitor closets. The following commitments were recorded in
November: $33,301 for renovations on the fourth floor; $8,263
for design of a replacement chilled water system; $411 for
renovations to the space occupied by OIT; $526,000 for
renovations to the ground, third, fourth and fifth floors;
$4,600 for engineering services to modify design for grading
work; $15,000 for renovations to the South Loading Dock;
$10,000 to install electric door releases; $210,000 for
renovations for AF Division; $10,000 for the removal of excess
construction material.
