Mr excellent presentation on prospects for US-Soviet conven-
tional forces negotiations and the extra effort it took to fit us into his
crowded schedule were very much appreciated. The presentation was very
worthwhile. As observed from the attendance and from the lively
discussion that followed, this is a timely topic for us. His remarks touched
on a number of issues we have been following closely. We are eagerly looking
