Systems Division within the office of Development and
Engineering, described plans to establish co nectio
DS&T's Wang network and contractor systems

A copy of the
25X1 2.I IChief of Client Services Division
within the office of Security, discussed the security policy for
network gateways in light of the OD&E proposal. A copy of the
25X1 presentation slides is attached.

3. Several members of the Board expressed concern about the
risks inherent in connecting the outside world to an Agency
network. The Executive Director will ask the DDA and the DDS&T
to examine the policy implications of such connections.
4. The Board approved the charter for a working group on
electronic processes. The Board also approved an Employee
Bulletin dealing with the information technology policy.
5. The next meeting of the Board has been rescheduled to
25X1 Wednesday, 18 May, from 9:00 until 11:00 in room 6E60 HQS.
