On 30 September 1952 a "socialistic competition" for the fulfillment of the requirements for the power program was instituted b, DIA-Metall. This agency took on the obligation to import by 21 December 1952 Stalin's birthday the materials and equipment needed for that program. 2. The meetings of the principal DIA-Metals import officials must deal with basic question, and must arrive at clear and concise answers which can be handed on as definite guides to the entire personnel of Pat agency. 3.
