MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Agency Contracts with
Personnel
14 November 1966
1. Hank Knoche said that during his mission on
behalf of the Director to in
September, the University authorities' principal concern
involved the existence of classified Agency contracts.
The University authorities were disturbed at being in a
position of having to lie about the existence of contrac-
tual relations with the Agency whenever classified
contracts were involved. Mr. Knoche had given assurance
that the Agency would declassify its lone classified
contract involving University people. (This will be
accomplished as of the beginning of the new year.)
2. Hank said that he had heard that NPIC was in
