1* The Aspern (P 49/k )49) airfield was observed on 7 February 1951. The
visibility was good. One twin-engine shoulder-wing monoplane, five
single-engine biplanes p and 96 or 97 Pe-2s were seen on the field* *
2. There was continual flying activity with individual aircraft. Each plane
was aloft for about 10 minutes. 50X1-HUM

Comment-, The two bomber regiments, stationed at the Vienna Aspern 50X1-HUM
airlield-since 1947, are still believed to have been located there in
FAbruary 1951.
[Comment. The radio installation is located in the building of the 50X1-HUM
Konrac. Kaserno in Jrossenzersdorf.
