25X1X This document is typewritten report, dated 14 July 1952 and pre-
pared by the Main Admires tra ion or goal, State Secretariat for Coal and Power, which
lists in detail all measures undertaken and to be undertaken by the State Secretariat for
Coal and power, the Main Administration for Coal' and the VVB (Administration of People-
Owned Enterprises) Zwickau to improve safety of operations, increase cultural and social
installations,, and guarantee fulfillment of the production plan at the Zwickau-Oelsnitz
black-coal mines. In addition to an outline of steps of an administrative nature, a
list is given of all machinery, apparatuses, materials, and workers required to attain
the above-stated objectives,

equipment and to construct social and cultural installations*,
b) 1-page list of the 1952 priority requirements for power cable,
c) 1"page table of the required firedamp-proof motors, switching apparatuses,

d) 1-page table of the required telephone and signal installations*
e) 1-page table giving statistics on the number of workers employed as of the end
of June 1952 and on additional personnel requirements*
f) 1-page table giving figures on the 1953 production plan on the basis of 301
working days.
