Shipments observed at the Frankfurt/Oder marahaling yard arriving from Brest
Litovsk included 12 flatcars with 15 trucks dispatched to Fuerstenwalde on
19 September 1953 and 20 flatcars with 25 rocket launchers dispatched in the
direction of Berlin on 24 September.
2. On 19 September, the railroad carpentry shop at Berlin Ostbahnhof was ordered
by the SCC to convert 80 transitworthy boxcars into troop pars. The cars were
to be dispatched to Frankfurt/Oder. On 20 September, 40 of these cars left
for Frankfurt/Oder. Rummelsburg railroad station was also to dispatch 4.0 tran.

3. The following eastbound empty troop cars passed through Frankfurt/ 50X1-HUM
Oder: 39 on 21 September, 40 each on 22 and 24 September, and 44 on 26 Sept-
ember.
4. On 25 and 26 September, shipments with 568 and 760 repatriated PIs respectively
passed through Fr fart/Oder en route to Eisenach. Two more shipments with
PWs were expected.
