Here is some feedback on the feedback from the DO divisions
and staffs on OTE. I would like you to get back to the person who
said "OTE must do better in training the DO for automation." He
should be made aware that this is DO/IMS' responsibility.: We would
be only to happy to help and have offered many times. Also, we
intend to do a DO Needs Survey in the next few months which should
surface these needs. Also, if you can, please ask Division officer
who said, grading is severe in some languages and easy in others,
for some specifics. Without specific feedback, we cannot do anything
about complaints.
