I am pleased to invite you back to the Air War College this fall
to address the Class of 1989. Your presentation on "Intelligence
and the National Security Policy Process" has become an integral
part of the curriculum and the block is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on
Friday, September 9, 1988. As you know, the format is a 45 minute
presentation followed by a 45 minute question and answer period.
Before returning to Washington, we would appreciate your atten-
dance at a luncheon with a group of our students.
