A3JECT Survey of Personnel Forms
1. The Personnel Office is currently conducting extensive
research into the types and uses of personnel forms threughout the
Agency. The immediate objective of this research is t develop the
type of Position and Eedeployee Record Card which best meets the
ce,-er-all needs ef the Agency. This will thereby provide each Agency
cemponent with an effective basis f,..r standardized personnel record
keeping.
2. Part of this research will involve a survey of the
,arious personnel ferms used by appropriate Agency components.
It is reouested that maximum ceoperetien be extended to the rep-
resentative from the Personnel Office appointed te conduct this
survey whe will contact your office in the near future in this regard.
