1. The ,Pers,mnel Office is currently c:,nducting extensive
research into the types and uses of personnel forms throughout the
Age:ncy. 'rhe immediate objective ,J this research is to devet7.:p the
type of Position and Employee Record Card which best meets the
o-4er-al1 needs of the Agency. This will thereby provide each Agency
component with an effective basis for standardized personnel record
keeping.
Pert this research will Involve a survey 1 the
various personnel forms used by appropriate Agency comv)nents.
It is reluested that maximum cooperation be extended to the rep-
resentative from the Persinel Office appointed to conduct this
survey who will contact your office in the near future in this regard.
