1. The Personnel Office is currently conducting extensive
research int::! the types and uses of persennel forms throughout the
evgency. The immediate :,itelective of this research is to develop the
type 1 Position and Empleeee Record Card Which best meets the
ererall needs of the Agency. This will thereby provide each Agency
c9rnponent with all effective basis t standnrdized personnel rec:rd
keeping.
2. 1-ert of this research will inv,:lve a survey of the
yerious personnel f reas used by appropriate Agency cemponents.
It is requested that maximum c ;operatien be extended to the rep-
rsentative frz.ra the ieersonnel Office appointed te conduct this
survey who will contact your office in the neer future in this regard.
