SUBJECT: Transfer of Four Positions from Office of Information
Resources to Office of Information Technology

1. It is requested that four positions be transferred from the
Office of Information Resources to the Office of Information Technology
in support of the CRAY Project.
2. The positions to be transferred are new allocations for FY-88
that are currently on the Office of Information Resources Development
Complement. These four positions were requested and approved at the GS-12
level. The Office of Information Technology has indicated that two
of the positions should be established at the GS-12 level for their
Operations Group and one at the GS-13 and one at the GS-14 level for the
Engineering Group.
