schedule to meet with us. A spirit of cooperation and dedication to
mission is very much in evidence at FDX and, quite clearly, extends
throughout the organization from senior management to the agents and
operators on the floor. This, in combination with your aggressive and
innovative use of information systems, serves to make FDX a model
company from the perspectives of both corporate efficiency and customer
service.
I am interested in further developing our relationship with your
data processing management staff by establishing a vigorous network for
