FY 1988
1. This package contains competitive statistics for the first
half of fiscal year (FY) 1988 for the Directorate of Operations by
office (Attachment A).
3. Attachment B are letters prepared for your signature and
addressed to those components within your directorate with at least
10 contract actions and $100,000 in obligated dollars. These
letters represent the first and second quarter efforts of those
components to increase the number of competitively awarded contracts
and dollars.
4. Statistics for the third quarter of FY 1988 will be
provided as they become available.
