1. Attached is a summary of the obligations, commitments,
and expenditures in FAN 81-2000, New Headquarters Building
(NHB) Construction for June 1988 (Attachment A). For FY 84, we
recorded expenditures of $16,330.00 for additional electrical
power and air conditioning for the self-filter room in the NHB;
$779.12 for renovations to the area to be occupied by the
Office of Scientific and Weapons Research (OSWR); and $7,382.70
25X1 for tamper proof screws and supplies.

2. For FY 85, we recorded the following expenditures:
$96,041.13 for Route 123 improvements; $121,512.94 for
renovations to the Office of Technical Service (OTS) labs;
$4,793.39 for roof drains and water softeners; $14,036.00 for
modifications to the South Filter (B/B) room; $967.38 for
repair of water damage to the OTS area; $42,770.14 for
installation of carpeting; $1,137.49 for the installation of
floor grates in the Powerhouse; :9,025.87 for revisions to the
second floor computer zone; and 300.21 for Balmar blueprints.
The following obligations were recorded in June: $115,607 for A
& E services for the refit of the OTS area; $348,317 for
modifying the location of outlets in the NHB; $69,710 for the
installation of 50HZ motor generator, outlets, and lab sinks;
$4,500 for the reinstallation of the NHB Dedication Plaque;

90,000 for A & E services; $47,565 for the PASS project;
102,975.54 for installation of the partial- height partitions;
7,439 for roof drains and water softeners for the Central
Plant; $24,476 for tests for leakage in the southside chilled
water line; $58,380 for installation of tamper proof screws and
power for the alarm system; and $19,402.95 for Balmar
blueprints. The following commitments were made in June: $534
for the NHB South Filter (B/B) modification; $104,000 for
modification to outlet holes in NHB; $66,313 for construction
in OSWR equipment rooms; $23,296 for construction of a vault
wall in the North Tower; $300,000 for renovation of Office of
General Counsel office space; $7,000 to provide electrical
service in OTS area; $10,293 for minor renovations on the
second floor; $68,594 for minor renovations to Office of Sigint
Operations office space; and $90,000 decommitment correcting a

3. The monthly Open Obligation Activity Report (00AR) and
the Open Commitment Activity Report (OCAR) for this FAN as of
30 June 1988 are provided as Attachment B. The Status of
Allotments Report for the period ending 30 June 1988 is
125X1 Attachment C.
