1. In accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA),
signed by the Directors of Logistics, Finance and Information
Technology and concurred in by the Deputy Director for
Administration, which calls for resource commitments for the
successful implementation of the Commercial Logistics
Application System (CLAS) and the Budget Accounting Resource
System (BARS) under OIT's Corporate Data Program, I submit the
Office of Logistics' resources identified thus far.
