Buckley Group Plans Warren Reporli Study The Historic Research Founda-- tion, an organization associated with conservative causes, an- nounced yesterday it was plan- ning a $2,000 grant to study the Warren Commission Report on President Kennedy's assassina- tion. ; . A foundation spokesman said the idea for the study originated with Wiliam F. Buckley Jr., edi- tor of the National Review and one of the foundation's trustees.
