applications as recording the traffic in CAA airport control towers.
The system which we have in mind would consist of a two channel magnetic
tape. recorder, a Carrier Controlled Relay to actuate the recorder when
traffic is being received, and a simple time signal generator now being
designed which would put reference time signals on the second channel
on the tape.
The enclosed report, describes the Carrier
Controlled Relay. We will apprecate your confirmation of the fact
that this equipment and its operation can be released to the public.
